Squeeze the pillow with your legs. Hold the contraction for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Perform 2 sets. Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (2X10) HAMSTRING CURL PRONE Lying on your stomach, bend your knee on the injured side. From this position slowly lower you leg back down as shown. Repeat 10 times. Perform 3 sets. Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (2X10) SIDELYING HIP FLEXION/EXTENSION Lying on your side with the involved leg up, bring your knee up toward your chest as shown, then lower your leg down to your side and extend your knee as if you were running.
