Use the Theraband with one end closed in a door. Repeat 10 times. Perform 3 sets. Repeat this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (3X10) THORACIC EXTENSION OVER FOAM ROLL Place a foam roll horizontally under your mid-back, cross your arms across your chest as shown and extend your spine over the foam roll. You should feel pressure and a stretch through your mid-back. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Perform 3 sets.Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (3X10) POSTERIOR CAPSULE STRETCH ON WALL Standing with your involved arm behind your back, press the back side of your involved arm into a wall gently until you feel a stretch on the back side of your involved shoulder.
