Keeping your torso in line with your legs, lift your hips up while lifting the top leg off of the lower leg as shown. Repeat 10 times. Perform 3 sets. Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (3X10) SINGLE LEG ECCENTRIC STEP DOWN Standing on a step on one foot, slowly lower your other foot toward the floor. Gently tap your heel to the floor and raise back up.Repeat 10 times. Perform 3 sets.Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (3X10) SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT FLOOR TAP Standing one one foot with your arms above your head, bend forward at your waist and tap the floor with both hands. Repeat 10 times.
