January 09, 2017 Week 5 Exercises January 09, 2017/ Jacob Stagnaro Exercises (1X25) PLANK WITH CIRCLES ON BALL Using an exercise ball get into a plank position by placing your forearms on the ball. From this position, roll the ball into small circles using your arms. Repeat 25 circles in each direction. Perform 1 set. Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (1X25) BRIDGING WITH HAMSTRING CURL ON BALL Lie on your back with both legs on the ball as shown. Lift your hips into a bridging position. From this position, bend your knee using your hamstrings to roll the ball under your body.Repeat 25 times. Perform 1 set. Perform this exercise 2 times per day. Exercises (1X25) PIKE WITH HAND STEPS Start in a pike position with your hands shoulder width apart. From this position, step your hands together to the right and left as shown. Repeat 25 times.
